This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided by Web Int Projects. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Service Cancellations
Project Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a project or service, the following conditions apply:
- Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before we begin work, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- During Initial Planning Phase (1-7 days): If you cancel during the initial planning phase, you will receive a 75% refund of payments made.
- During Development Phase: If you cancel after development has begun but before completion, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- After Project Completion: No refunds will be issued after the project has been completed and delivered.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a service or project, you must submit a written cancellation request to support@webintprojects.com. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your request.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Quality Issues: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and we are unable to rectify the issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service, the duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting fees, plugin licenses, etc.)
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Custom development work that has been completed according to specifications
- Rush fees or expedited service charges
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a refund request to billing@webintprojects.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Subscription Services
Cancellation of Recurring Services
For subscription-based or recurring services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period when cancelling a subscription.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
Force Majeure
Web Int Projects is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.
Disputes
If you dispute a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and efficiently.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
